We stayed in the hotel just for 1 night. The location was excellent as it was 500m from a metro station. It was opposite a large shopping mall with a fabulous food hall with lots of different food outlets. The pool was great in the afternoon and evenings. Great breakfast with plenty of choice. What made this all even better was the staff. They were so welcoming and happy. We asked if we could leave our bags after we checked-out as we were leaving Bangkok late in the evening. They allowed us to have a cooling swim and shower before we left. Outstanding people and service.

Warning. I was robbed by hotel staff

Warning I was robbed by hotel staff at this property. One $100 bill was taken from a wallet left in a safe in the hotel room. Even though I provided the banknote numbers and the hotel has CCTV, no action was taken. The room is opened with an electronic card and an electronic access code is set in the safe. This does not change the fact that the staff has service codes to open the safe. I wasn't the only person robbed. Be careful.

The hotel staff were the best I could have asked for! If you want to stay around Sukhumvit, this is a good hotel to stay. The hotel stored my lugggage for 10 days while I travel southern Thailand and let me checked in at 7am when I got back to Bangkok. Also, whenever there was a problem, receptionist promptly fixed the issue within a minute. Considering the price, location and service, I highly recommend this hotel!!

This hotel has a great location between two BTS station and lots of shopping and restaurants near by. Being on a side street off Sukhumvit it was pleasantly quiet at night. We also enjoyed the rooftop pool. Overall a very pleasant stay. Will come back here after a trip to Angkor.

Great Hotel, great location, nice and helpful staff, whenever asking for help they do. Breakfast is okay, typical thai, positive that before closing you can choose all menu, cleaning also good. Room was a bit small, for 3 nights okay. Hotel is a quite street, but close to shopping center and metro, high train. Thanks for help and support
